RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LMStyleBar.com order, thus we will accept your return or exchange of product in original condition within 14 days of purchase of your order. Upon receipt of returned goods, LMStyleBar.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
- Please note the following limitations:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
- On sale items may be returned for store credit only.
- Items marked “clearance” or “final sale” are final sale and not eligible for return. These products are priced ending in $0.99.
LMStyleBar.COM RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return an item purchased at LMStyleBar.com, contact us at CustomerService@LMStyleBar.com or simply follow the return instructions on the order invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and return the bottom portion of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Affix our pre-paid FedEx return label to that shipping box and drop it off at any FedEx pick-up location. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
Once your return package has been received by LMStyleBar.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within one week. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 7 days of purchase at CustomerService@LMStyleBar.com. Please include the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address, phone number and description of damage. LMStyleBar.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.
